Account Registration
A. No. Creating and maintaining an account is completely free, including any sign-up, annual, or maintenance fees.
A. No. An account is required to complete a purchase.
A. Please prepare a login email address and password.
A. Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t receive it, allow our sending domain in your mail settings and request a resend.
A. Use “Forgot your password?” on the login page to reset it.
A. No. It’s optional—sign up only if you want to.
A. Yes. After account deletion, we operate under a policy of not retaining personal information (PII). As a result, your purchase history and license management will not be shown in My Account. If you want to continue or restore access, please use “Re-link”.
A. Yes. After logging in, please update them from My Account > Setting.
A. No. Creating an account is not a subscription contract. No charges occur just by registering.
A. Yes. If you purchased a product, please save your Order number (Orders) and License key (Licenses) before deleting your account. These are required to re-link past purchases after re-registering.
Receipts & Invoices (Paddle / Merchant of Record)
A. After purchase, Paddle (the Merchant of Record) sends a Tax invoice (PDF) as an email attachment. The attached PDF is your proof of payment (receipt equivalent), including transaction details, taxes, and transaction identifiers.
A. The attached PDF (Tax invoice) in the purchase confirmation email is your invoice. It includes items such as Invoice reference, Transaction ID, and tax rate/amount/currency.
A. No. Paddle is the Merchant of Record (seller of record), so Paddle’s Tax invoice PDF is the only official document. ARRISE STUDIO does not provide re-issuance, corrections, or proxy issuance.
A. The “Invoice to” section of the PDF reflects the billing details confirmed at checkout. If you need a company name, address, or tax number (VAT / Business ID, etc.), enter accurate information during purchase. We cannot add or modify it after purchase.
A. You can usually complete the purchase without it. However, if your accounting/tax policy requires company details on the invoice, please enter them at the time of purchase. We cannot amend it afterwards.
A. Taxes, tax amounts, and currency are automatically calculated by Paddle as the Merchant of Record, based on your billing country/region (may include VAT/GST/Sales Tax, etc.). ARRISE STUDIO does not recalculate or change them.
Japan Qualified Invoice System (Invoice)
A. It is shown in the Tax invoice (PDF) issued by Paddle. In the issuer section (e.g., “Invoice from”), it appears as “Qualified Invoice Issuer.”
A. T3700150086889 (as shown on the Tax invoice PDF).
Tax IDs / Numbers by Country or Region
A. Paddle’s Tax invoice (PDF) is the single source of truth for that transaction. As the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles applicable tax compliance and includes required issuer details and registration numbers on the invoice when applicable.
Please check these fields on the PDF (names may vary by region/form):
・Invoice reference / Invoice number
・Transaction ID
・Tax type and breakdown (VAT/GST/Sales Tax, etc.)
・Seller / Invoice from (issuer IDs such as VAT Number, GST Registration, Company/Tax Registration, etc.)
・Invoice to (your billing details, possibly including company/tax numbers)
A. The issuer section of the Tax invoice (PDF) will list items such as “VAT Number” when applicable. Because it can vary by transaction/region, use the details on that specific invoice PDF.
A. Yes. Even when the tax type differs, Paddle processes taxes as the Merchant of Record and the Tax invoice (PDF) reflects the relevant tax type/amount and required information. Operationally, follow what is printed on that PDF.
Account Deletion, License, Seats, and Re-link
A. Your purchase rights are not cancelled. However, because we do not retain PII after account deletion, the link between your account and purchases is removed, and your purchase history and license management will not be visible in My Account. To continue or restore access, use Re-link.
A. No. In many cases, already activated devices can continue to work.
However, continued use depends on license conditions such as a limited offline period and automatic periodic online verification at launch. If verification conditions are not met, usage may be suspended.
Also, after account deletion, My Account features (seat management, re-downloads, etc.) will not be visible. If needed, restore access via Re-link.
A. Because we do not retain PII after deletion, license management in My Account (seat/device status and operations) will not be visible. To manage seats again, you need Re-link.
A. Yes. Re-link reconnects previously purchased entitlements to the same account. After re-linking, your purchase history and license management become available again in My Account.
Go to My Account → Orders → “Re-link past purchase.”
A. You need Order number and License key.
・Order number: shown on My Account → Orders
・License key: shown on My Account → Licenses
A. No. They are not shown until Re-link is completed. Therefore, before deleting your account, we recommend saving your Order number and License key (they are required for future re-linking).
A. No. Re-link restores purchase entitlement linkage, but it does not restore PII that was deleted at account deletion.
