◎Definition of “Seat” #
- 1 seat = 1 user (or 1 device)
- Concurrent use: 1 session per seat
- Transfer / resale: Not permitted
◎Purchase & Operations #
- Purchase: Select a license → pay → redirect to the download page / a download link is sent by email automatically.
If the email is lost, re-download via the Order / Customer Portal links. - Updates: Free for existing customers. Announced by email. Always get the latest via the download link.
- Invoices: Automatically issued (receipts and VAT/GST supported).Use “View invoice/Receipt” in the email to re-download PDFs and update billing info.
- Taxes: Calculated and collected automatically at checkout based on your location and VAT info.
- Refund policy: Follows the EULA and refund policy. Please see [here].
- Pricing display: All prices include tax.
